​I originally graduated with a Marketing and Communications Bachelor's Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and overtime, I discovered that what truly excites me is solving problems that make people’s lives easier — but beautifully.

I transitioned into UX through the Google UX Design Certification, where I built strong foundations in user research, accessibility, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing. But the real magic started when I joined Softii, a SaaS POS platform, where I worked as a UX/UI Designer. There, I designed and improved key product flows based on user feedback, collaborated closely with developers, and learned how to design at scale within a design system.

I love mixing structure with creativity, digging into what users need, and designing experiences that feel intuitive and thoughtful. Currently, I’m open to new opportunities and collaborations — always with the goal of designing better experiences, one pixel at a time.
